Importing a Workspace

At some point, it may be necessary or desirable to import a workspace and its information in order to create a new workspace.  Actually creating the workspace is a two step process.  The first step is to import the workspace export file into the import repository.  The second step will be to actually install that workspace.  When installing the workspace, it is possible to specify whether to use the existing schema, which is specified in the export file, or create a new schema.

1.       Import the workspace export file.  Use the browse button to search the operating system directories for the file.

2.       After the file is imported, click on the Install button.

3.       Next, either use an existing schema or specify a new one.  If a new one is to be created, a password and space quota will have to be supplied.

4.       The final page is the confirmation page.  Check it over, and when ready, click on the Next button.
