Existing Workspaces

Previously created workspaces can be modified using the Existing Workspaces pages.  When this area is entered, a report of the workspaces will be provided as shown in Figure 15.14.

The INTERNAL workspace is the workspace used by the HTML DB environment.

To see the details on an existing workspace, simply click on its name.  Figure 15.15 shows a partial screen for the PHARMACY workspace.  This screen provides details such as:

  •  Name of the Workspace

  • Schemas associated with the workspace

  • Which Tablespace the schema is using

  • Applications that exist in the workspace

  • Developers created in the workspace

  • Users created in the workspace

  • Count of the objects in the schema

  • Pending Change Requests

  • Developer Activity

This detail page also provides links to manage the Workspace to Schema Assignments, Applications Developers, and Users.
